Responsible Security Disclosure

Security is engineered directly into our pipelines, infrastructure, and application layers.

1. Security Architecture

Dev Remind adheres to strict OWASP Top 10 mitigation strategies across all customer builds and internal web platforms. All network traffic is strictly enforced over TLS 1.3 with automated HSTS preloading, strict Content Security Policies (CSP), and sanitized database inputs.

2. Responsible Disclosure Program

We value the contributions of independent cybersecurity researchers. If you identify a security vulnerability across devremind.com or our associated infrastructure, we encourage you to disclose it to us immediately under our coordinated disclosure guidelines.

3. Reporting Guidelines

  • Submit all security findings directly to info@devremind.com .
  • Provide detailed proof-of-concept steps, affected endpoints, and suggested remediation.
  • Allow our engineering team reasonable time (minimum 14 business days) to investigate and patch before making public disclosures.
  • Do not execute denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, automated high-rate fuzzing, or extraction of customer data.

4. Safe Harbor Protection

Dev Remind will not initiate legal action against security researchers who conduct research and report vulnerabilities in good-faith compliance with this policy.
