1. Milestone Structure
All engineering contracts are structured around clear milestone deliverables (e.g. Discovery & Wireframing, Figma Approval, Staging Deployment, Production Handover). Clients review and approve deliverables at each stage prior to authorizing subsequent milestone payments.
2. Design Phase Sign-Off & Cancellation
Prior to commencing code development, all screens are approved in Figma. If a client chooses to terminate an engagement during the initial design phase before code execution begins, any unspent milestone funds beyond the initial discovery deposit are refunded in full.
3. Post-Launch Two Weeks Free Revisions
We provide a mandatory two-week complimentary revision window following production launch. Any technical bug, layout flaw, or regression within the agreed scope is rectified with zero additional charge.
