Quotes & Scoping
How does your fixed quote work?
When you submit your project brief or schedule an intro call, our engineering team analyzes your requirements, screen estimates, and architectural complexity. We reply in minutes (weekends included), and then deliver an itemized PDF quote with a locked price and delivery schedule. If we underestimated the technical complexity, we absorb the extra engineering hours.
Do you charge hourly or by fixed project milestones?
We work primarily on fixed-price milestone contracts. This gives you complete budget certainty. Payment is typically structured across three key milestones: initial deposit (after SOW sign-off), staging deployment approval, and final production handover.
What if I need changes midway through development?
Any modification that fits within the agreed scope is handled during development or during our 2 weeks of complimentary post-launch revisions. If you request a major new feature outside the initial scope, we provide a separate itemized quote before starting any work.
Design & Engineering Process
Do you use pre-made WordPress themes or Webflow templates?
No. Unless a client specifically requests a lightweight standard WordPress theme to save budget, all of our flagship websites and web applications are custom-engineered from scratch with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, or custom WordPress blocks. Zero bloated templates, zero generic site builders.
What is your Screen-by-Screen design sign-off guarantee?
Before writing production code, we design every key screen and user journey in Figma. We walk you through clickable prototypes so you can review colors, typography, UX flows, and copy. Development only begins after you officially approve the Figma designs.
Can I see the progress while you are building?
Yes. We provide an always-open staging URL from day one of development. As our engineers push commits, the preview environment updates automatically, allowing you to test interactions on your actual phone and laptop anytime.
Code Ownership & Handover
Do I own the source code and designs after launch?
Yes, 100%. Upon final payment, the entire Git repository, Figma master files, database schemas, and cloud deployment access are transferred directly to your organization. Dev Remind retains zero proprietary lock-in and charges zero mandatory monthly license fees.
Where will my website or application be hosted?
We configure modern, high-availability cloud infrastructure in your name—typically AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, or DigitalOcean. You have direct administrative ownership of your cloud accounts.
What support is included after the project launches?
Every project includes two full weeks of complimentary bug fixing, performance monitoring, and content fine-tuning. We also offer optional monthly maintenance and SLA packages that include uptime monitoring, security patching, and urgent WhatsApp priority triage.
